AEPCo signs renewable energy agreement with Kuwaiti consortium at KSEW 2025

AEPCo and a consortium led by Gulf Paramount for Electrical Services Company signed an agreement targeting 59 GWh of renewable electricity generation annually.

AEPCo renewable energy consortium agreement at Kuwait Sustainable Energy Week 2025

Alternative Energy Projects Co. announced a renewable energy agreement with a consortium of Kuwaiti companies on May 11, 2025. The agreement was signed during Kuwait Sustainable Energy Week 2025.

Gulf Paramount for Electrical Services Company leads the consortium. Other participants include Commercial Bank of Kuwait, Refrigeration Industries and Storage and Oil Services Company, Kuwait United Poultry Company, and Galleria Mall.

The collaboration is intended to generate 59 GWh of renewable electricity each year. It brings together private-sector organisations to support Kuwait's clean energy transition through a shared, long-term commitment to renewable power.
